Terms of Service

By installing, accessing or using bCare, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use bCare.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use bCare on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

bCare reads battery and device information — such as charge level, temperature, voltage and charging state — to provide health scores, alarms and monitoring. This processing happens on your device.

Features that link additional devices require your explicit action, such as scanning a QR code or pairing over Bluetooth.

bCare offers an optional paid upgrade ("bCare PRO"). Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s payment terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

bCare provides estimates and guidance to help you care for your battery. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Battery readings are approximate and depend on your device’s hardware and operating system.

bCare is not a substitute for professional device servicing, and we do not guarantee any specific increase in battery lifespan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bCare and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use of bCare after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
